Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Trainee Business Analyst to join our team. As a Trainee Business Analyst, you will:
- be involved in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements,
- Support communication between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather clear and concise business requirements.
- Assist in identifying business needs and translating them into actionable requirements.
- Collaborate with senior business analysts and project managers to ensure all requirements are aligned with business objectives.
- Communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clarity and mutual understanding of requirements.
- Assist in creating and maintaining key project documentation such as Business Requirements Documents (BRD), Functional Specifications (FS), and Use Cases.
- Follow existing business analysis processes and methodologies to ensure consistency in project execution.
- Maintain process documentation and contribute to process improvements where applicable.
- Collaborate with various teams, including developers, testers, project managers, and business stakeholders, to ensure smooth project execution.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies relevant to business analysis.
- Proactively seek opportunities for professional development, such as training courses, certifications, or attending relevant conferences.
Qualification:
- Prior internship or academic experience in business analysis or related fields is a plus, but not required.
- Strong interest in learning about business processes and how technology solutions can be applied.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to document requirements clearly and concisely.
- Familiarity with business analysis tools and techniques
- Willingness to learn and apply new concepts in business analysis.
- Basic understanding of business analysis frameworks and methodologies
