Job Description

We are seeking a skilled AI/ML & Python Engineer to join our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in machine learning, data processing, and Python development, with the ability to build scalable AI solutions. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing tasks in an agile environment, and delivering high-quality, data-driven applications.

Key Responsibilities:

Contribute to task estimation, planning, and execution using Agile methodologies (Scrum/Sprints), ensuring timely delivery of AI/ML solutions.
Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and data pipelines for real-world applications.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define problem statements, and recommend AI-driven solutions.
Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation to improve performance and accuracy.
Write clean, scalable, and efficient Python code following best practices and coding standards.
Develop and maintain APIs or microservices to integrate ML models into production systems.
Create and maintain documentation for models, workflows, and systems for future reference.
Monitor model performance and retrain models as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
Ensure data security, privacy, and compliance by following secure coding and ML best practices.
Use tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar for tracking tasks, sprint planning, and collaboration.

Skills and Qualification:

2–4 years of experience in Python development and Machine Learning.
Strong proficiency in Python and libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
Experience in building and deploying ML models in production environments.
Knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.
Familiarity with REST APIs, Flask/Django/FastAPI frameworks.
Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases and data handling.
Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.
Familiarity with Agile development practices and tools like Jira, Confluence.
Knowledge of version control systems such as Git.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
