Job Description

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to help us to design, implement, and manage scalable, secure, and highly available infrastructure that improves client experience.  The DevOps Engineer will play a key role in automating deployments, improving system reliability, and enabling faster delivery cycles across engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities
  • Configure and manage cloud infrastructure on platforms like Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
  • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, GitHub Actions
  • Managed containerized workloads using Docker and orchestration using Kubernetes. Manage, maintain, and upgrade AKS and EKS Clusters.
  • Implement Infrastructure as a Code (Iac) using Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, and Ansible.
  • Monitor systems performance and reliability using Prometheus, Grafana, OpenObserve, CloudWatch, and Azure Monitor..
  • Work with Cloud and Infrastructure teams to plan, run, and manage the application’s disaster recovery and implement backup strategies..
  • Collaborate with Development Teams to optimize application performance and the deployment process, including reducing resource utilizations
  • Troubleshoot issues on different environments of applications and find the root cause and provide a report of root cause in case of production environment.
  • Other important aspects of Technical process and automation.
 Skills & Qualifications
  • Strong hands-on experience with Cloud Platforms (AWS and Azure, any preferred)
  • Deep understanding of Networking and Linux Systems
  • Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes
  • Proficiency in scripting (Bash, Python)
  • Knowledge of Process, Performance monitoring, and Observability tools
  • Must know Web servers, including Apache and Nginx, and Cloud Native e.g Traffilk
  • Hands-on experience of installing, managing Jenkins Controller and agents on Bare-Metal, VM, and Kubernetes Clusters
  • Hands-on experience with GitOps tools, including ArgoCD

  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Process-oriented with great documentation skills
