Job Description

We are looking for a Senior UI Developer who thrives in a dynamic environment and is eager to lead a team in building high-quality, user-centric digital products. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring that our UI solutions meet the highest standards of quality, performance, and responsiveness.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation of visually appealing, responsive, and functional user interfaces.
- Develop UI solutions using modern frameworks, tools, and libraries (e.g., Bootstrap, SCSS, CSS).
- Maintain high standards of code quality, ensuring clean, readable, and maintainable code.
- Work closely with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions that meet user and business needs.
- Mentor junior developers, providing guidance and helping them improve their skills.
- Take ownership of feature development, including prioritizing tasks and making key decisions on technical approaches.
- Contribute to building a design culture within the team, promoting the adoption of design systems and UX/UI patterns.
- Participating in daily scrums, sprint planning, and project scoping.
- Use Jira and Confluence for ticket management, tracking project progress, and coordinating with cross-functional teams.
- Ensure thorough testing of UI components on various devices, screen sizes, and browsers to guarantee consistent user experience.
- Troubleshoot and resolve UI/UX issues during development and post-deployment.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, UI/UX best practices, and emerging technologies.
- Encourage continuous learning within the team and promote innovation in UI/UX development.
- Coordinate with other teams for the deployment of developed features and UI solutions.
- Conduct post-deployment testing to ensure that features function as expected in the live environment.
Qualification:
- Strong expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks (React, Bootstrap, SCSS, Material UI, etc.).
- Experience with version control tools like Git and familiarity with CI/CD processes.
- In-depth understanding of design systems, UX/UI patterns, and responsive design principles.
- Proficient in using Jira, Confluence, or similar tools for task and project management.
