UX Designer

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Participate in the end-to-end UX design process, from requirement gathering to final design delivery.
• Create user journeys, information architecture, wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
• Apply modern UX methodologies, design tools, and industry best practices to improve user experiences.
• Maintain design consistency by following established design systems, reusable components, and brand guidelines.
• Identify user needs, pain points, and behavior patterns through user research and stakeholder discussions.
• Conduct usability testing, heuristic evaluations, and feedback analysis to enhance product usability.
• Review and refine design deliverables to ensure quality and consistency.
• Design responsive and mobile-first user experiences across different devices and screen sizes.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure smooth implementation of designs.
• Work closely with senior designers and product teams to continuously improve user experience.

Must Have Skills:

• Proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Strong understanding of UX principles, UI design, interaction design, and usability best practices.
• Experience in wireframing, prototyping, information architecture, and user flow creation.
• Familiarity with Design Systems, Component Libraries, and Developer Handoff processes.
• Knowledge of Bootstrap and Material UI design principles.
• Understanding of user-centered design methodologies and usability testing techniques.
• Awareness of accessibility standards (WCAG), responsive design, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.

Preferred Qualification:

• Experience in UX/UI Design, Product Design, Mobile App Design, or Digital Experience Design.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Exposure to SaaS, enterprise applications, fintech, healthcare, or eCommerce products is a plus.
• Portfolio showcasing UX design projects and problem-solving approach is mandatory.
