Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Trainee Quality Analyst professional to join our team. As a Trainee Quality Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting the QA team in the execution of testing activities for web applications and software. This entry-level role will provide you with an opportunity to gain hands-on experience and grow your expertise in the SDLC/STLC process, testing methodologies, and tools. You will be working closely with the senior QA team members to ensure the quality of our products by performing a variety of testing tasks, including test case creation, test execution, bug reporting, and cross-browser compatibility testing.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Understand the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) processes.
Gain knowledge of various testing phases and their relevance in different stages of the project.
Learn to create detailed and accurate test cases based on project requirements, user stories, or functional specifications.
Execute test cases to ensure that software and web applications meet functional and non-functional requirements.
Identify and report valid bugs found during test execution using the appropriate bug-tracking tools.
Perform cross-browser testing to ensure that the web application functions correctly on different browsers.

Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Familiarity with QA processes, including test case creation, bug reporting, and the importance of different testing types.
Understanding of SDLC and STLC processes.
Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude
