Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Mobile Application Developer (Android/iOS) with at least 4 years of hands-on experience in building high-performance mobile applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Android SDK, Java/Kotlin, and modern mobile architectures, with exposure to iOS development being a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities:

Design & Development: Build and maintain advanced mobile applications for Android/iOS platforms using Java/Kotlin (and Swift/Objective-C for iOS if applicable).
App Deployment: Manage app publishing processes on Google Play Console and Apple App Store.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (design, product, backend) to define, design, and deliver new features.
API Integration: Work with RESTful APIs, JSON, and third-party libraries (e.g., Retrofit, Glide).
Performance & Quality: Ensure application performance, quality, and responsiveness through continuous optimization.
Bug Fixing & Maintenance: Diagnose and resolve issues, ensuring smooth user experiences.
Architecture & Tools: Apply MVVM/MVP patterns, Jetpack components (LiveData, ViewModel, Navigation, Room), and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Bitrise).
Testing & Monitoring: Implement unit testing and leverage Firebase (Analytics, Crashlytics, Push Notifications) for app health and monitoring.
Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with emerging mobile technologies, frameworks, and best practices.

Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
4+ years of professional mobile application development experience.
Strong knowledge of Android SDK (and iOS SDK is a plus).
Proficiency in Java/Kotlin (Swift/Objective-C for iOS experience desirable).
Experience handling multiple Android/iOS versions and screen sizes.
Familiarity with third-party libraries, API integration, and the mobile development lifecycle.
Hands-on experience with version control tools (Git).
Knowledge of architecture patterns (MVVM, MVP, Clean Architecture).
Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
Nice-to-have: Prior experience developing healthcare mobile applications.
