Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Technical Business Analyst who shall be responsible to work on our B2B and B2C stores and to handle a wide range of activities from leading mid to large-size projects. You’ll be part of a team of problem solvers who are passionate about working in a highly dynamic, client-centric technology company. The candidate must possess the ability to think quickly, provide creative and effective solutions for clients through analytical and logical acumen.

Must-Have Skills:

Good Knowledge and Understanding of the E-Commerce domain.
Sound Knowledge of software business processes.
Preferred knowledge on Web Applications, JIRA and Confluence, MS Office suite products.
Excellent communication (written and verbal) and customer-facing skills.
Multi-tasking abilities and client relationship management.
Prioritize requirements and documenting conceptual prototypes, mock-ups & wireframing.
Should have experience in working with multiple IT domains.
Develop & manage Product Roadmap, Epics, User Stories, Product Backlog and coordinate between development, designing and QA teams through JIRA Project Management Tool.
Market Research: Competitive Product/Feature analysis and Publish reports.
Exposure in working in an Agile environment and usage of modern IT tools/practices.
Candidate should be able to perform a SWOT analysis.
The candidate should be a good listener and have a problem-solving approach.
Manage Product Releases, Deployment & Handovers.
Identify and prioritize opportunities for new Product features and functions in support of competitive product positioning and improvements to customer experience.
Coaching & Mentoring less junior members of the team.
Well-versed in drawing process maps, flowcharts, UI/UX best practices, etc.

Good to Have Skills:

Certification preferred: CCBA, CBAP, CSM, Agile Foundation, CSPO & Project Management or other recognized ones.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in information systems or related field preferred.
Training and Reports Walkthrough, Presentations, Training for New Product Features/Modules.
Support and maintenance to existing processes.
Extra points for those carrying a positive, self-organized, upbeat attitude with relevant technology trends, documentation tools, and domain best practices.
Strong understanding of SDLC and UI/UX best practices.
Extensive hands-on with Software analysis/research and testing insights.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Collaborate with offshore IT teams through Confluence Tool for Requirement Analysis of new project development.
Training and Reports Walkthrough, Presentations, Training for New Product Features/Modules.
Deliver excellent presentation and articulated content.
Drafting pro-grade Technical documents.
