Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Trainee Business Analyst to join our
team. As a Trainee Business Analyst, you will be involved in gathering, analyzing, and
documenting business requirements, as well as supporting the communication between
technical and non-technical stakeholders. You will have the opportunity to learn and
grow in the field of business analysis, contributing to projects that enhance business
processes, improve efficiency, and drive innovation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather clear and concise business requirements.
  • Assist in identifying business needs and translating them into actionable requirements.
  • Collaborate with senior business analysts and project managers to ensure all
    requirements are aligned with business objectives.
  • Communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring
    clarity and mutual understanding of requirements.
  • Assist in creating and maintaining key project documentation such as Business
    Requirements Documents (BRD), Functional Specifications (FS), and Use
    Cases.
  • Follow existing business analysis processes and methodologies to ensure
    consistency in project execution.
  • Maintain process documentation and contribute to process improvements where
    applicable.
  • Collaborate with various teams including developers, testers, project managers,
    and business stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies
    relevant to business analysis.
  • Proactively seek opportunities for professional development, such as training
    courses, certifications, or attending relevant conferences.
Qualifications:
  • Prior internship or academic experience in business analysis or related
    fields is a plus, but not required.
  • Strong interest in learning about business processes and how technology
    solutions can be applied.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse
    stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to document requirements clearly and concisely.
  • Familiarity with business analysis tools and techniques
  • Willingness to learn and apply new concepts in business analysis.
  • Basic understanding of business analysis frameworks and methodologies
